This famous national park was founded in 1949, nestled in the stunningly beautiful Karst area of central Croatia, at the rugged, mountainous border with Bosnia and Herzegovina. The tour starts at 7:30 AM. Drive through winding mountain roads among beautiful scenery of forests and rivers. On arrival, discover a maze of lakes and waterfalls on a walking tour with a friendly local guide, learning the geology and history of this unique place. The guide can also give you top tips on where to explore after the tour, during the 3 hours of free time. Find hidden lagoons, rainbows formed by the spray from waterfalls, and a range of geological oddities. Ride the scenic train around the park, explore one of the lakes by boat, or simply take a break for lunch and coffee. After a glorious day surrounded by nature, relax on the journey back to Trogir, Kaštela & Split. The time of return is approximately 6:00 PM.Includes
