Description
This is a culinary tour comprising a hands-on cooking class, a homely lunch, and a lot of fun. You’ll learn how to prepare a traditional type of pasta – the Žrnovo macaronis, typically served with a beef sauce. We’ll show you how to make the dough and how to roll out the macaronis, and then… roll your sleeves up! You first chop the dough into small pieces and then wrap them around a wooden stick rolling a macaroni. It’s not as easy as it sounds, but if you try, you’ll be proud of yourself, and you won’t be able to stop laughing. After the cooking class, you’ll have your lunch, by which we mean, the one you have just cooked! And you will not want to leave the table.Includes
