Avenue Mall is the first in the Croatian market to introduce new brands, such as clothing stores and fashion accessorie stores, Zara, Bershka, Fox and Time Out, Deichmann and Sephora.

A great advantage for Avenue Mall is its central location; situated at the intersection of Dubrovnik Avenue and Avenue V. Holjevca, only ten minutes drive from downtown and nearby bus and tram stops. Working hours are from 9:00 to 22:00 hours from Monday to Saturday and from 10:00 to 21:00 on Sundays, while bars are open on weekends until 3:00 am.
