59 ReviewsDiscover the most important historical and cultural landmarks of the beautiful medieval Old Town of Trogir on a guided walking tour.
The Northern Velebit National Park spans across 109 kilometers of natural forested and mountainous terrain.
Northern Velebit National Park features numerous mountaineering and hiking trails. Premužić's trail, is the most popular trail leading you throughsome of the most beautiful and interesting parts of the park. From the high peaks of the Velebit Mountain magnificent views on the Adriatic Sea and its islands Pag, Rab, Goli, Prvić i Krk, can be seen.
The Park's cultural aspects include numerous ruins of the so-called 'summer lodges', when Velebit was inhabited by shepherds and cattlers. On its coastal banks you will witness many ruined houses, lodges and stonewalls.
It must be noted that some of the trails and hiking routes within the park are extremely challenging. Furthermore although at the lowest part of the park it may be sunny climbing higher you may experience much colder or even stormy weather. Planning out your trip and route is recommended and the experienced and friendly staff of Velebit Park will be more than happy to assist all visitors.
Park hours and admission prices vary from high to low season. Feel free to send an inquiry below for more information.
