The staff are very attentive and try their best, but the service lacks organization. Tables are often occupied with dishes and remain sticky even after being wiped down. The pool is supposed to open at 8:00 a.m., but it is usually still being cleaned until around 9:00 a.m. Missing kind of flexibility to cancel half—board and book another restaurant within the resort, e.g. Steakhouse or Fish restaurant. The property is beautiful and has a lot of potential.
FANTASTIC 🥰! We will be back 🤩 This is our first time staying here, and even more special, it's our very first family holiday with our 6-month-old baby. We can honestly say it has exceeded every expectation! The accommodation is beautiful, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. Every member of staff has been so welcoming, friendly, and genuinely helpful, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. A very special thank you to Sofie at reception, who went above and beyond for us. We made a mistake when booking through the official website, and the team were so understanding, accommodating, and helpful in resolving everything. It made such a difference to our stay. The food has been fantastic, with great quality and an excellent variety to suit everyone. What has impressed us most, though, is how family-friendly this resort is. There are so many fun activities for children, and they've thought of every little detail for families with babies. The baby changing area is great- they even provide complimentary diapers and formula. And we were even able to partake in a baby swim course. Every detail here shows how much they care about their guests. This has been such a memorable first holiday with our little one, and we're already looking forward to coming back. We couldn't recommend this resort more highly!
The service and everything is great, but they make sure you pay every penny for it. I would reccomend, but only to someone who has plenty of disposable income. Few minuses The beds are really uncomfortable The playground has no sun shade so isnt good to play at. There is not much lunch time food variety if you are not all inclusive. There is not much else outside of the hotel They add a really high and cheeky tip to your bill, makes you wonder what your paying for. Pros There is plenty to do at the hotel They are very accommodating and helpful They are exceptional with their room cleaning Dinner and breakfasts are full of variety Lots of indoor and outdoor activities and pools for kids, They had the best kids drop off area i have seen The snorkeling is great and there is loads of beach activites
I had a wonderful time here. My wife, Daughter, and I had a great stay! Hugo, with the staff not only made My Daughters time with the other children fantastic at the mini club, but he also led the popular aqua aerobics for everyone else. The entire staff was great during My Families trip and I would recommend this to anyone! Thanks again Hugo!
We had a wonderful stay and were very satisfied with the hotel. The facilities were excellent and there were plenty of activities to keep both children and adults entertained. The staff was friendly and helpful and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and family-friendly. We would definitely recommend this hotel to families looking for a fun and relaxing vacation.
