I had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel! I am highly satisfied with everything. The room was great, the beach was beautiful, and the food was incredibly delicious. The overall service was fantastic. However, what truly made this trip special was the outstanding hospitality from two wonderful staff members, Kadek and Putu. Both of these guys were incredibly friendly, always smiling, and provided top-notch service throughout our entire stay. We had a great conversation with them on our last night, and it’s clear how hardworking, kind, and dedicated they are. I really hope the hotel management recognizes their exceptional work, as they are a huge asset to this resort. I highly recommend this place, and a big thank you to Kadek and Putu for making our holiday so memorable!
I stayed at Park Plaza Belvedere from 13 June to 6 July 2026, and I had a wonderful experience. I would especially like to thank Jessa from the housekeeping team. She cleaned my room every day during my entire stay, and it was always spotless, fresh, and perfectly organized. Jessa is incredibly kind, friendly, and professional. She always greeted me with a smile and was happy to help whenever I needed anything. Her attention to detail and consistency were outstanding, and she made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. It is clear that she takes great pride in her work and genuinely cares about the guests. Employees like Jessa make a real difference, and I hope the hotel recognizes her dedication and excellent service. Thank you, Jessa, for making my stay so enjoyable. I would be happy to stay here again.
The room itself was clean overall and comfy but did have a few little things that could have been worked on. The bathroom, whilst clean could do with an upgrade and the curtains didn't shut properly. The outside terrace as well could have done with a sweep and the table needed a wipe down. Its not enough to not go back but the little detail could do with some work. The service however from all staff was second to none. Very friendly and happy to help. Whether in the restaurant, reception or the bar. Lovely staff. Lastly the beach is right behind the hotel and the long stretch to walk to the restaurants and bars and shops. All clean and felt perfectly safe the whole time I was there.
It's a lovely hotel in a beautiful location, and the majority of the staff are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I would not recommend staying here. My son came down with chickenpox while we were on holiday, which meant I had to extend my stay after my wife and newborn flew home. The hotel charged me £350 per night to remain in the same room, which was significantly more than we had originally paid, despite the hotel being less than 50% occupied. I also asked if they could help with washing mine and my son's clothes, only to discover they charged £6 for shorts, £8 for trousers, £6 per shirt, and £6 even for a pair of socks and underwear. The on-site doctor charges £100 per visit, even just to confirm my son's first spots were chickenpox. Food and drink prices were also excessive: £14 for a gin and tonic by the pool (despite asking for the house gin) and £5.50 for a single squeezed orange for my son in the evening. Throughout our stay, it felt like the hotel was trying to upsell or overcharge at every opportunity. A more relaxed approach would likely encourage guests to spend more naturally. On multiple occasions, I was accused of giving the wrong room number when ordering drinks. It later turned out the hotel had confused me with another guest, but no apology was offered. The buffet food is good, although breakfast and dinner are very repetitive, with much the same selection available every day. Overall, while the hotel itself is attractive and many of the staff are excellent, the pricing, lack of flexibility during a difficult family situation, and poor customer service left a very disappointing impression.
We had an amazing experience staying here with our group of around 60 people during a soccer tournament. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly, organized, and accommodating from start to finish. Managing such a large group is not easy, but everything was handled smoothly and professionally. The food was excellent every day, with great variety and quality, and everyone in our group was very happy with the meals. The staff always made sure we had everything we needed and created such a welcoming atmosphere for both players and parents. Thank you for helping make our trip and tournament experience so enjoyable. We truly appreciate all of the hard work and hospitality and would gladly stay here again! Hex⚽️
