Amazing hotel. I loved every second of my stay. The hotel is beautiful, with a unique design and a lovely atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and have everything you need for a relaxing seaside holiday. The food was delicious, and the rooftop bar was one of my favorite spots. It has great view, a wonderful vibe, and excellent cocktails. The wellness and pool area are peaceful and relaxing. I even had my first massage there, and it was amazing. My back and neck are still thanking the masseuse! 😊 What made my stay truly special was the staff. Everyone was so warm, friendly, and professional. They made me feel genuinely welcome from the moment I arrived until the day I left. All in all, it was a wonderful experience. Thank you to the entire team for making me feel so welcome. 😊 I can't wait to come back.
The staff were truly very kind and helpful. They assisted us with everything we asked for and were always professional, friendly, and attentive. The rooms are excellent and always perfectly clean. Everyone was amazing — the reception staff, the restaurant team, the wellness staff, and the rooftop team. Full praise to everyone. Highly recommended!
My 5-night stay at Keight Hotel Opatija was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. What makes this hotel special is its people. Every team member was genuinely friendly, positive, and eager to help. The hospitality felt sincere, and you could truly feel that the staff cared about their guests. A special thank you to Emanuela from the Front Office team. My stay both started and ended with her and she made a wonderful impression from the very first moment. Her professionalism, kindness, and genuine care made me feel truly welcome. She is not only an excellent hotel professional but also a wonderful person, and she will always be one of the first things I remember about this hotel. The restaurant was excellent, especially the Asian dishes and noodles and every dinner was delicious and beautifully prepared. The spa area was also fantastic, and despite the hotel being fully booked, it always felt calm, relaxing, and never crowded. Thank you to the entire team for such a memorable stay. I would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Opatija.
A 5-star hotel we genuinely loved — but not necessarily for everyone ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My wife and I stayed at Keight Hotel Opatija in June 2026 and, unusually, I’m writing this review while still staying here. The reason is simple: the team genuinely deserves it. The hotel is exceptionally modern, spotless and beautifully maintained. From reception to housekeeping, breakfast, restaurant, spa and rooftop bar, every single staff member we met was friendly, professional and welcoming. You can tell management has built a great team. The rooms are stylish, bright and very comfortable. We booked a Sea View room, but here’s my first tip: I wouldn’t necessarily pay extra for sea view again. Due to the location and architecture, the sea is visible, but it wasn’t spectacular enough to justify the surcharge. Next time I’d probably choose a larger room instead. The rooftop infinity pool and bar are fantastic. Great atmosphere, amazing views, excellent sushi and surprisingly fair prices. Two people can comfortably enjoy lunch and drinks without needing a small bank loan. The only downside is that there are only around ten loungers, so they can become scarce on busy days. What many guests may overlook is the incredible indoor spa area. The pool is huge, there are whirlpool zones, relaxation rooms and plenty of space. If you’re looking for wellness and relaxation, this hotel absolutely delivers. A special mention also goes to the restaurant. We normally prefer local restaurants, but the €35 three-course menu for hotel guests is excellent value and genuinely worth trying at least once during your stay. The underground garage isn’t cheap at €30 per night, but it’s modern, secure and even sports-car friendly — something I always appreciate. Now for the honest part: while we absolutely love this hotel, I don’t think it’s perfect for every type of traveller. Families may find better alternatives, especially during peak season. Likewise, if your main goal is a beach holiday, remember there is no private beach access. The public beach is very close, but it’s not the same thing. For couples, romantic getaways, wellness weekends and relaxing short breaks, however, this hotel is outstanding. At around €300 per couple per night in the pre-season, it certainly isn’t inexpensive. But considering the service, facilities, cleanliness and overall experience, we felt it offered very good value for money. Would we return? Absolutely. For couples: highly recommended. For a classic summer beach holiday: compare a few options first. That’s why Keight Hotel Opatija earns a well-deserved ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ from us. 🇭🇷❤️
Our stay was absolutely wonderful — we loved every minute of it! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel is extremely clean, including the rooms, so a big compliment to the housekeeping team for their amazing work and attention to detail. A special thank you to Lili and Denis from the restaurant. They were incredibly kind, professional, and always helpful. We truly only have the best things to say about them. Also, compliments to the head chef Miroslav and his entire team — the food was always delicious, fresh, and beautifully prepared. We would also like to mention the reception staff, who were all very welcoming, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. You definitely gained a loyal customer, and I will gladly recommend Keith Hotel Opatija to friends and family. We are already looking forward to coming back!
