Description
Join a local family business for a unique quad safari exploring Čiovo Island’s nature and landmarks from Slatine village. Easily accessible by car, Uber/Bolt, or ferry from Split (Bura Line ferry not included).
Upon arrival, guests receive a welcome drink, registration, and a 30-minute safety briefing. Quads used are brand new, automatic, stable, and beginner-friendly (Segway 500cc and GOES 500 models). Each guest receives a helmet, gloves, glasses, and a 0.5L bottle of water.
The circular off-road route features stops at panoramic viewpoints overlooking nearby islands, Kaštela Bay, and Split. Highlights include a visit to the 16th-century monastery of Our Lady of Prizidnica on cliffs with views of Brač, Hvar, and Šolta, the easternmost point Glava Čiova, and Kava Beach.
The 2-hour tour covers the main route, while the 3-hour tour adds a 30-minute swimming and relaxation break at Kava Beach. The return trip follows scenic coastal roads back to base, where refreshing drinks are served. It is advised to bring a change of clothes due to dust on the trail. Jackets and extra gear are available on request.

Important Information
- Minors cannot operate quads but may ride as passengers (all quads have two seats)
- A safety briefing is mandatory before the tour
- A valid driver’s license is required to drive a quad
- Bring a change of clothes as dust is expected during the ride
- Free parking is available
- Slatine is approximately 30 minutes by ferry from Split or Trogir (Bura Line ferry tickets not included)
- Upon arrival at Slatine port, guests will be met and escorted 50 meters to the starting point
