Description

Located one hour from Dubrovnik, the Pelješac peninsula is renowned for its bold Plavac Mali and Dingač wines grown on steep Adriatic slopes. This tour offers more than traditional wine tasting by blending organic winemaking, historic food traditions, and premium local ingredients from the Dalmatian coast.

Your day begins at a fifth-generation family oyster farm in Ston, one of the Mediterranean’s top oyster producers. Board the family's boat to taste freshly harvested oysters paired with wine from the same estate. Next, visit Ston’s medieval 14th-century salt works where tickets and a production presentation are included. Explore the town’s 5.5-kilometre defensive wall, the longest in Europe, linking Ston and Mali Ston.

The tour continues at a certified organic winery where you’ll sample four wines alongside award-winning estate olive oil. Your guide will then lead you into a century-old wine cellar used for generations to age wines.

Lunch is served at a second organic winery in a traditional 16th-century konoba. The seasonal 3 to 4-course farm-to-table menu features ingredients sourced from the family farm and local fishermen. Vegetarian and pescatarian options are available on request. Before returning to Dubrovnik, the tour stops at the Dingač vineyard on steep coastal slopes, providing a scenic photo opportunity of Croatia’s iconic wine landscape.
