Begin your tour at the Napoleon Fortress, where you will enjoy panoramic views and learn about Hvar's history.

Next, drive to Brusje to visit the Hure/Mikletovi family farm and explore traditional beekeeping. Learn the honey production process and taste four types of varietal honey: heather, sage, lavender, and rosemary (seasonal variations possible).

Discover the medicinal benefits of flower pollen and experience being a beekeeper, an option that often excites visitors.

The honey tasting is paired with samples of homemade brandies, including honey, myrtle, carob, and herbal varieties. Complementary dried figs, candied almonds, oranges, and lemons complete the tasting.

At the Mikletovi tavern, learn how lavender oil and related products are traditionally produced. The family harvests lavender by hand and distills 50-60 liters of oil annually using a village distillery. Guests are introduced to traditional tools and methods, including how lavender was historically transported by donkey.

Sample a range of lavender products such as soaps, essential oils, and dried flowers, all available for purchase as souvenirs.
