Escape the crowds and experience the authentic flavours of Dalmatia at our family-owned olive estate in the peaceful village of Raštević, approximately 30 minutes by car from Zadar. Your experience begins with a warm welcome before taking a short walk through our olive grove. Discover traditional Dalmatian olive varieties, hear the story of our family's connection to olive growing, see some of our beautiful century-old olive trees, and learn how we care for our grove while respecting nature and local traditions. The experience continues in our elegant tasting lounge, where you'll be guided through a professional olive oil tasting. Learn how to taste extra virgin olive oil like a sensory expert, compare different olive oils, discover their aromas and flavours, and understand what makes premium olive oil truly exceptional. Your olive oil tasting is paired with a carefully selected platter of local delicacies, including Dalmatian prosciutto, cheese, olives, almonds from our orchard, bread, and finished with a seasonal dessert. Guests may choose one complimentary beverage, including still water, iced tea or a soft drink. To complete your visit, you'll create your own 50 ml infused olive oil using Mediterranean herbs and spices. Personalise your bottle with your name and take home a unique souvenir inspired by the flavours of Dalmatia. Limited to just 10 guests, this intimate 60-minute experience offers the perfect opportunity to discover Croatian extra virgin olive oil, enjoy authentic local flavours, and experience genuine Dalmatian hospitality in a relaxed family setting.
