Description
On this, 2 hours long, walking tour, you will see all the must-see attractions of Zagreb. Pass by the most significant locations that are important for the historical development of the city, but which are still very important for the people of Zagreb, not only as symbols, but also as places where life still takes place. Learn about legends that are still alive among people.
Meeting place is next to Manduševac fountain (at Ban Josip Jelačić Square). From there, the tour goes to the Cathedral. Then, it’s time to go to Dolac – the most important market in Zagreb. That is also great opportunity to get to know Zagreb’s/Croatian cuisine. Next on the list is Upper Town. Discover the legends of Stone Gate and why it is still an important place for many people. Learn why we can say that St. Mark’s Square is the main square of Croatia. Then, at Lotrščak Tower, find out why cannon fires every day.
