Description
Welcome to our family cheese factory, where we begin with an aperitif and an introduction to our family and the work we have done for over 40 years.
After a chat, enter the sheep cheese factory and learn about each stage of production. Follow each stage through the factory windows, from the arrival of the milk in the special refrigerators to heating it, cutting it into smaller pieces, and forming the cheese.
At the end of the tour, see our cheese and other homemade products served on a plate for you to taste. Enjoy a glass of wine with the tasting plate, while children can choose juice or water.
