Description

The tour departs at 09:00 from Vodice port or 09:15 from the port near Hotel Olympia. The cruise heads towards St. Anthony Channel, offering views of the 16th-century St. Nicholas Fortress and a panoramic outlook of Šibenik. There is a short stop at a mussel farm to collect fresh mussels before passing under the Šibenik Bridge.

The journey continues through the Krka River estuary to Prokljan Lake and then down the canyon to Skradinski Buk. Arrival and docking at Krka National Park are scheduled for around 11:30.

Guests have free time to explore the park’s natural beauty: visit traditional watermills, the Skradinski Buk waterfall, the Jaruga hydroelectric power plant, local restaurants, souvenir shops, or relax at the park. The return cruise follows the same route, arriving back in Vodice around 17:00.

Krka National Park is known for seven travertine waterfalls, including Skradinski Buk, the largest waterfall on the Krka River, and Roški Slap, the widest in the park. The park preserves natural, cultural, and historical heritage, such as the Franciscan monastery on Visovac Island and old watermills converted into ethnographic museums. The Jaruga hydroelectric power plant beneath Skradinski Buk is the second oldest hydroelectric plant in the world and the first in Europe.
