Description
The Maceration Ritual unfolds in a peaceful countryside setting surrounded by wild herbs, olive trees, and stone. Guests engage in a ritual focused on scent, atmosphere, touch, and slow creation, far from crowded beaches and noisy restaurants.
Two rituals are offered daily:
- Golden Hour: Held in the late afternoon, featuring herbal notes of lavender, rosemary, fig leaf, immortelle, and lemon verbena.
- Under the Stars: An evening ritual by candlelight with aromas of bay leaf, sage, thyme, fennel, and rose buds, paired with local wine.
The ritual includes arrival and settling into the space, introduction to herbs through scent and storytelling, creation of a personal maceration bottle, and a shared table of seasonal local food and wine. Guests select from various oils and herbs before crafting their own bottle to take home, which continues evolving in aroma and flavour.
Seasonal food pairings complement the ritual and may vary. Examples include:
