Join us for a magical Full Moon Gastro Yoga experience by the sea - an evening designed to nourish the body, calm the mind, and awaken the senses. We begin by gathering together in a relaxed atmosphere, connecting with nature and the energy of the full moon. Guided by a professional yoga instructor, you’ll enjoy a gentle yoga session suitable for all levels, focused on movement, breath, and deep relaxation. While the yoga session flows, chef Sara prepares a fresh local-inspired dinner using seasonal ingredients and Mediterranean flavors. After yoga, guests gather around to enjoy a beautifully prepared meal accompanied by selected wine, natural juices, and a homemade dessert. As the moon rises, we slow down, share stories, connect with each other, and experience the peaceful energy of the night together under the full moon sky.

Important Information

• Please wear comfortable clothes suitable for yoga and outdoor movement. Guests are welcome to bring their own yoga mat if preferred, as well as a reusable water bottle and anything else needed for a comfortable practice. Evenings by the sea can become slightly cooler after sunset, so we recommend bringing a light jacket, hoodie, or something with long sleeves for extra comfort during the full moon gathering. ✨
