Raiffeisenbank Austria d.d. Zagreb (RBA) was the first bank in Croatia which has been founded by a foreign financial institution. At the end of 1994, the Austrian Raiffeisen Zentralbank Österreich AG (RZB) decided to invest in Croatia by founding RBA. Up to this date, its Croatian subsidiary's branches and outlets are present in 37 towns.
