The talented chef, Tomislav Carevic puts a new twist on time-honoured traditional Dalmatian recipes. Olive oil from the island of Korcula, often referred to as liquid gold is used in most dishes.
Dalmatian music themed nights and beautiful views of the stunning Adriatic sea below will add to the experience. Olive Tree also offers a special set menu for larger groups, Dalmatia in a Nutshell. This inlcudes 5 various apetizers, main dishes, side dishes and dessert. Family celebrations or business events can also be organized at the restaurant hosting parties of up to 80 guests.
