Lovely place to spend our final night in Croatia. Food was incredible and very affordable, much better than in Old Town. I can recommend the Dalmatian steak and gnocchi along with the Tuna Steak. Our server was helpful in his recommendations and very kind.
Delicious! The green pasta with seafood was a must try. Perfect seafood flavor and not too fishy. The beef pasticada was very rich and savory. Not too heavy on the stomach but a little salty - still enjoyed it very much. Gnocchi in the pasticada was delicious. We saw a local guide bring a group of tourists specifically to try the pasticada here! Also the bread was so spongy and the olive oil was delicious.
Traditional tavern in the city center. Excellent service, very tasty food. More than acceptable prices. Highly recommended if you want to taste traditional cuisine from Dalmatia, Croatia. Big like🔥
What a fantastic find. It's a place where locals go to enjoy fantastic meals. Food is excellent. I had the beefstake with Madeira sauce. Meat was very tender and the sauce was excellent. Service was helpful and fast. Highly recommend this place
Such a cool locals tavern, with home style cooked meal and large portions. The workers are older guys with the funniest humor ever. Tried the cheese and the local fav beef gnocchi. Must go!
