We are travelling foodies, having been round the world many times, this is a place we recommend to come back to. Not just because of the great view, sitting next to the Adriatic splashing joyfully. But the food and service is just perfect ! Thank you to Dino especially for his amazing recommendations on every level. He was the most skilled and knowledgeable waiter one could wish for. Great wine and food pairing ! We started with a seafood platter for 2, then we were so happy, we ordered another Dalmatian oyster platter. Followed by Istrian black truffle pasta and home made fetuccini with seafood and marinara sauce. We then got some more baked oysters with herb butter and prosciutto. Ending in style with a lemon and fig parfait for dessert. Highly recommended ! Top quality. Hvala Dino !
Really nice location along the water with a very nice view especially at sunset. We ordered two muscles courses ( creamy and tomato) both were very fresh and good. Octopus salad was excellent. Shrimp Fettuccine was very good. All in all, fresh and tasty dishes and excellent service.
Fish & Seafood Restaurant - Casa, Lapad, Dubrovnik ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Three of us dined at Casa in Lapad and left already planning our return trip. This is Dalmatian seafood cooking at its most confident and generous. The standout of the night was the Cioppino alla Casa — a rich, deeply flavourful fish stew packed with the day's catch, the broth so good we were mopping it up with bread until the bowl was practically clean. It's the kind of dish that makes you understand why people travel for seafood. We also couldn't get enough of the mussels, ordered two ways: the mussels in white wine were light, briny, and perfectly balanced, while the mussels Buzara arrived in that classic garlicky, tomato-tinged sauce and were, frankly, superb — bold, comforting, and utterly moreish. Add in warm, attentive service and a lovely Lapad setting, and Casa delivers a seafood experience that's hard to fault. Whether you're after a special occasion dinner or just a proper feed of fresh fish, this is a must-visit in Dubrovnik. Highly recommended.
**make sure to review your bill before you pay!! I have a bit of a conflicted review - the view was amazing, food alright, and service questionable? Our server, Aleksander, was lovely throughout the night. It was our friend’s birthday and we had asked if they had dessert for her. I had seen the reviews about Aleksander, and just to be perfectly clear, I asked if it was free. He hesitated but nodded and affirmed yes, it was free. When we got the bill, the dessert had been added to the bill. We confronted him and he feigned ignorance, stating the bread he gave us was free but not the dessert and there was some miscommunication. I told him there was no miscommunication and he knows it. He was nice enough to pay us back for the cash, as he clearly felt caught. There was also an extra 2 euro service charge per person but we did not mind. For four of us, it ended up being 190 euro which was quite ridiculous lol. For the expensive price the food was quite mediocre, but the muscles were very good. I would not go back just because of how expensive it was and the whole ordeal with the bill, but it was a beautiful view.
