Very nice hotel within the city walls. High-class service . They great you with a cold drink when you arrive and at the end of each day. They take the time to explain the city within the walls to you. The rooms are beautiful with great amenities. It was hot across Europe when we were there. The rooms have AC but it did struggle keeping the room cool. Not unusual across our 3 week trip in Italy and Croatia. They provided us a good quality fan. The hotel is fairly close to the Pile gate and you don’t have to carry your luggage up any stairs to get to the hotel. There is no elevator in the hotel (also very typical) but they carried our luggage upstairs for us. They don’t serve breakfast but there is a coffee / pastry shop very close that opened at 6 am when we were there. It is expensive but was worth the money

AMAZING property. Super friendly, helpful staff. If you can, get the rooftop suite. And for sure, don't miss the rooftop breakfast.

We loved everything about this hotel! The location in the Old Town is perfect and the rooms (we had the rooftop suite) are really spacious, beautiful and comfortable. They offer a private driver for airport pickup which includes delivery of luggage to your room, which worked really well for us. The staff is super nice and friendly. We had dinner at Above 5 Rooftop restaurant and it was fantastic (both the service and the food)! We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!
