Description

Departing from Opatija at 8:20 AM (or from Lovran at 9:00 AM), the boat heads towards Cres Island, offering a one-and-a-half-hour ride across the beautiful Kvarner Bay. The first stop of this boat tour is Smrdeća Beach. Located on the northwestern side of island Cres, Smrdeća beach is known for its clear waters and untouched natural surroundings. While there, the guests will enjoy a two-hour swimming break, during which the captain prepares a delicious, grilled lunch on board. After lunch, the tour continues towards the second stop, Badnjev Beach, for another hour od swimming and relaxation. Afterward, the boat heads in the direction of the town Brseč, where travellers can admire the towering 60-meter cliffs before exploring the Little Blue Cave on the last stop of the day. Following the one-hour break, the boat will return to the departure point, passing picturesque coastal towns such as Mošćenička Draga, Kraj, and Medveja, with an estimated return time of 5:00 PM.

• In the event of unfavorable weather, we reserve the right to cancel the tour with a full refund. If conditions allow the tour to proceed but adjustments are needed (e.g., changes to the itinerary due to wind or rain on part of the island), we will inform guests in advance when possible. Any adjustments during the tour are communicated by the captain and usually agreed with guests on the spot to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. This tour is primarily focused on swimming rather than sightseeing. If you do not plan to swim, please note that the sun and heat can be quite tiring. For non-swimmers, life jackets are available upon request. We highly recommend cooling off in the water during the trip. Some beaches along the tour can only be reached by swimming, but guests don’t have to go all the way to the shore. The boat stays anchored in the bay, allowing you to relax and swim nearby. A ladder on the boat provides easy access in and out of the water.
