***IMPORTANT!*** At the moment there is some construction work in the park and it is closed so the only way to reach us is to come to the pier next to restaurant ORHAN (https://shorturl.at/enHsV) and then take a left - small passage around the wall to the beach with the kayaks and look for Adventure Dalmatia. **************************************************************************** Embark on a kayaking adventure on the Adriatic Sea and soak up the views of the Lokrum Island and the Old Town. Learn different fun facts and local history about the city and Croatian culture. Take a swim and snorkel break in Betina Cave before returning to the starting point. ******************************************************************************** Begin at the small beach in Pile bay, just beneath the western entrance of the Old Town. After the safety/instructional session, paddle beneath the city walls until you reach the cave beach known as Betina, where you will take a short 20-to-30-minute swimming and snorkelling break. After the break we will paddle towards the Lokrum island enjoying the beautiful views and stories before returning back to the starting point. Basic knowledge of English is recommended for participants, especially for people with no previous experience in kayaking. ******Enjoy a morning, afternoon or a sunset tour with us!******* ------ ADDITIONAL INFO ------- • You can put your personal belongings (like bags and clothes) in a waterproof bag - 60l - (that we will provide) and bring them with you on the kayak • We usually form small groups to ensure a better experience for everyone. However, in some cases—such as when one of the guides is in a safety boat or the sea is not calm—groups can be as large as 20 people • There is no changing room or toilets available • A public shower is available • All participants must follow the safety instructions provided by the guide • Not suitable for people with motion sickness, low fitness, heart problems, back problems. • Due to new regulations in the Old Town, most cars and Ubers don't have permission to stop near the Pile Gate, so they have to drop you off at a spot about a 15-minute walk from our starting point. Please also note that Ubers tend to cancel frequently, and traffic can be problematic during the high season • Parking is very expensive around the Old Town and only possible in special parking garages/places like https://www.bestinparking.com/hr/hr/garage/garaza-iiijina-glavi which is 15min away on foot from the starting point

Important Information

• A basic level of fitness is required, you need to be able to paddle for 1.5 hours (with breaks) Please check the weather forecast (especially for wind if you don't have any previous experience and or planning to do the tour with children) before making a reservation. We do our best to cancel tours in advance due to bad weather, but sometimes cancellations may occur shortly before the tour begins. In such cases, you may reschedule or receive a refund A minimum of 4 participants is required for the tour to run. If the min is not met, the tour will be cancelled and you may reschedule or receive a refund We use sit-on-top double kayaks (two people per kayak) Single kayaks are only used in specific situations and cannot be reserved in advance or requested A small child (minimum age 5) can sit in the middle of the kayak Non-swimmers can join the tour if sea conditions are calm. When the sea is choppy, a refund or rescheduling will be offered
