Description

Embark on this nature and sea swimming adventure as you cruise from Dubrovnik or Cavtat to the stunning natural beauty of Lokrum Island, a UNESCO Heritage site. On the island, explore the gardens, monastery, caves and beaches. Discover the culture of the area as you sightsee and cruise back to Dubrovnik. Begin your tour from the historic port of Dubrovnik or Cavtat, where you'll meet your captain and embark a glass-bottomed boat from Dubrovnik or speed boat from Cavtat. As you set sail for Lokrum Island, take in the views of Dubrovnik's iconic City Walls and the Fortress Lovrjenac from the coastline. Enjoy the fresh sea breeze on your cheeks. Approaching Lokrum Island, admire the stunning rocky cliffs that plunge down to the crystal-clear, blue waters. Cruise past Lokrum Cave and the island's famous nudist beach. After cruising around the island, disembark for about two hours of free time if departing from Dubrovnik or 2.5h if departing from Cavtat to explore the unique charms of Lokrum. Stroll through the lush beauty of the Botanical Gardens and the ancient Benedictine monastery grounds. As you walk, spot filming locations from the Game of Thrones, including the Iron Throne. Admire the brilliant hues of peacocks roaming freely and dip your toes in the Mrtvo More, or the 'Dead Sea.' Once you've explored the island on foot, set sail once more for the beach of St. Jacob. Here, relish the serenity of crystal-clear waves lapping gently along the shore.
