A truly wonderful experience at Grand Hotel View. From the moment we arrived, everything felt very well organized and welcoming. The hotel has a beautiful location, excellent views, stylish and comfortable facilities, and a great atmosphere throughout the property. The rooms were spotless, the food was very good, and the entire team was professional, friendly and genuinely attentive to guests. What impressed me most was the feeling that there is a strong and positive leadership behind the whole operation. You can notice it in the details, in the attitude of the staff and in the way guests are taken care of. The General Manager deserves special recognition for creating such a warm, professional and well-organized environment, while remaining very approachable and present. A big compliment to the entire team for their hospitality and attention to detail. Grand Hotel View is definitely a place I would be happy to return to and recommend to others. Thank you for a memorable stay!
Our stay at this hotel was overall great. The rooms are very functional and beautiful, with lovely large balconies. The sea view from our room was the best I’ve ever had. The pools are right next to the hotel, and the beach is on the lower level, so you can easily switch between the pool and the beach in no time. The staff were very friendly (special thanks to the girls from the animation team—they were so kind and patient with the kids). The only downside was the food. The side dishes were good, but the main courses were poorly prepared and made with low-quality ingredients. We also heard similar complaints from other guests. I hope the food will improve in the future, as this hotel deserves dining that matches the high standard of everything else.
Excellent, won't even bother to look for any other hotel in the area if I get back there! Rooms, beach, pools perfect, sunset can be seen from your own room balcony, staff very friendly, helpful, always smiling and trying to help you. Food was also good on HB, service was perfect, this hotel deserves 5 stars easily!
The hotel’s location is excellent. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making the stay enjoyable. However, the dining experience did not meet expectations. The dinner buffet was quite limited and lacked variety, which was disappointing compared to the otherwise high standards of the hotel. Overall, while the accommodation and setting are superb, the food service could be significantly improved.
