We stayed at Hotel GEC as part of an organized tour agency group. Our stay had a bit of a bumpy start on the first evening regarding dinner. Due to last-minute group additions, there was a misunderstanding with the food, and we had to wait a lot for our meal that didn’t quite match the value of the pre-paid voucher. However, the hotel completely turned things around! They reorganized the dining into a fantastic buffet with various meats, plenty of fresh salads, great side dishes, and delicious chocolate pancakes for dessert. Beyond the food, the staff has been ✨exceptionally kind✨, helpful, and cooperative from the very beginning, managing unexpected situations with grace (even when some guests weren't the easiest to deal with). The hotel itself is clean, located in a beautiful, peaceful nature area with wonderful views. I would definitely stay here again when visiting the area in the future. Highly recommended for their amazing service and hospitality!
