This hotel is wonderful. Only a short 10 minute walk from the city square, great food, staff were amazing and very helpful. Quiet area in the Lower city, with leafy trees out side out window. I would come back here again.
This was my second stay at Boutique Hotel Le Premier in Zagreb, and once again it was a wonderful experience. The hotel has a beautiful atmosphere, combining elegance with a very welcoming and comfortable environment. The staff were exceptional throughout my stay, and I would especially like to mention Renato. Our flight arrived after midnight, yet the hotel was incredibly accommodating and ensured our late arrival was handled smoothly and professionally. That level of care really makes a difference when travelling. Everything about the hotel is lovely — the rooms, the ambience, and the overall service. It truly feels like a boutique hotel that values its guests. The only small downside during this stay was that the spa was not available, which was a bit disappointing. However, it certainly didn’t take away from the overall experience. I’m already looking forward to my next visit to Zagreb and hope that next time the spa will be up and running so I can enjoy the full experience. Highly recommended.
I had an absolutely amazing stay at Le Premier. From the moment I arrived, everything felt warm, professional, and welcoming. The staff were incredibly courteous and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The bed was very cozy, and after multiple days of travel, it felt like the perfect place to relax and recharge. The ambiance throughout the hotel is elegant yet calming. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city while still enjoying a peaceful atmosphere inside the hotel. Overall, the service, cleanliness, comfort, and attention to detail exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!
Wonderful stay. We went for a relaxing weekend to Zagreb and this hotel was the perfect spot. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. Bathrooms with heated floors. Dinner here was 10/10! From the soup to the main course to the dessert - everything was truly delicious. Staff were very helpful and kind. During breakfast there isn’t a huge selection but everything was really good. Waffles were the best 🥲 they also have really good coffee. The hotel also has a spa. No indoor pool but they do have a sauna. The massage was the cherry on the cake! Such reasonable prices for the couples massage and it was really nice. It was also very quiet, which I found to be quite pleasant. All in all, this was such a lovely stay. Highly recommended if you’re ever in Zagreb ☺️
Wonderful place to stay in Zagreb! Amazing service, very polite and helpful staff. The food is excellent and the hotel is in a fantastic location, a short walk from Zrinjevac. Our go-to whenever we are in Zagreb!
