Excellent parking, kind and nice at the reception. Restaurant slow to serve had to wait way too long yet we were the only ones, breakfast is very limited. Otherwise ok.
I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. One thing that really stood out was the excellent service from the staff. At around 11:00 PM, I asked the reception if they had a toothbrush available. Even though it was quite late, they went out of their way to check their storage room, found one, and delivered it directly to my room just five minutes later. The whole process was incredibly easy, quick, and hassle-free. I really appreciated their effort and willingness to help. The room was also very comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the double-glazed windows provided excellent sound insulation, so I couldn’t hear any noise from the street. The bed was comfortable, soap was already provided in the room, and the Wi-Fi worked flawlessly throughout my stay. The hotel’s interior is modern and well designed, especially the dining area, which has a very stylish and contemporary atmosphere. On top of that, all the staff members were friendly, professional, and welcoming. Overall, I had a great experience and would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!
Some places you wonder around accidentally and forever keep coming back. Lovely accomodarion, nicest personell ever, beautiful environment and such a calm atmosphere!
High-quality accomodation, comfortable room and a high-end restaurant attached to top it off. The staff was pleasant and received me well. I'd recommend this place if you were visiting Osijek as it isn't too far from town whilst being decently quiet.
