Konoba Labrax was one of the highlights of our time in Zadar. It may not be a large restaurant, but it has a big heart. The chef brings a fresh, modern approach to traditional local flavors, with beautifully presented dishes, creative fusion touches, and ingredients that really shine. The wine selection is thoughtfully curated, and the friendly, attentive staff make you feel genuinely welcome. What impressed me most is that this restaurant offers something different in an area where many places serve very similar menus. Zadar truly needed a restaurant like this. Even better, the prices are very fair, so you can enjoy an excellent meal without breaking the bank. A memorable dining experience from start to finish, and one I would happily return to.
Excellent. The quality, taste of place, presentation, chef, waitress, ambience. You will pay significantly more than double for this in the states at a restaurant of this caliber. Highly recommend.
Simply an amazing restaurant! The food and drinks were great, even the home made focaccia bread was to die for! Together with the welcoming yet respectful staff, the atmosphere on this quiet small square made the whole experience something to remember!
Pleasant Experience with warm ambient, open kitchen, excellent foods & services, good selection for wines. Will for sure come back ;) I came with a lil hunger, a search for fresh oysters & a try for local wine, a good roundup for my Zadar trip before leaving... they were all fulfilled with Labrax :) Thank you It was a lil rainy weather outside, the seafood soup was pleasantly warming me up with a flavorful spoon of different seafoods, good soup base, the clams was on point for cooking time, so comforting for my lil hunger The recommend regional wine was really good, worth to try for sure
