Beautiful place and location. Friendly and professional staff. One star is removed as they do not adhere to their own policy regarding sunbeds. People will often leave their towels on a sunbed at 7-8 am and first return to it after 11 am. This is obviously outside of what should be expected/allowed considering what you are paying per night at this hotel. Stayed here four nights and this occurred all days. You can still get a sunbed most of the time, but not necessarily the ones you want.
Stunning, modern luxury hotel with amazing Adriatic Sea views and elegant blue-themed décor throughout. The rooms are stylish and comfortable, the infinity pool and spa are outstanding, and the breakfast is excellent. Its location next to the sea and close to Pula’s top attractions makes it a perfect base for exploring Istria. Friendly service. Beautiful sunsets.
Our stay at Grand Hotel Brioni was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and outstanding hospitality. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to make us feel special, and their attention to detail was truly impressive. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning. The elegant design, breathtaking sea views, and luxurious atmosphere create the perfect place to relax and unwind. Our room was spacious, spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The breakfast was incredible, offering a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options. Every meal we had was delicious, and the restaurants, both fine dining at Sofia as Forum, exceeded our expectations. The pool, spa, and private access to the sea made the experience even more unforgettable. Grand Hotel Brioni exceeded every expectation we had. It combines world-class service, outstanding facilities, and an unbeatable location to create a truly five-star experience. Without a doubt, this is one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in, and we can't wait to come back. Highly recommended!
Just got back from a weeks stay at the hotel. What can I say, our room was ready when we arrived, very early. The staff were just amazing. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They were happy to arrange trips, taxis and would sort out anything straight away. The rooms were lovely. Pool a bit cold for a whimp like me, be was a great infinity pool. We always found a sunbed. The food was the best I have had at any hotel. Also enjoyed celebrity spotting. The bus stop is about 10 minutes walk, easy to get into Pula to look around. So interesting. Was also handy when we went to a concert on the Friday evening . There are shops and restaurants on the resort, near another hotel, which were handy . Definitely want to go back and didn't want to leave.
