At my first day I was truly impressed and thought I will definitely come back with my husband soon again But already on my third day I wouldn’t say so only because of the service here. Unfortunately, 1) the cleaning just didn’t happen to my room on the 06.08, room 1008. For whatever reason We left for the pool, came back expecting a cleaned room but nothing 2) I ordered several deliveries from wolt and asked them to leave it at reception but reception refused to except the food delivery even tho on the first day the did accept Very inconsistent Also for the hotel that can only be reached by the card I think it’s okay to place something at the reception and pick it up later 3) security guard who’s walking around lobby in the evening is also a strange thing, I stayed at the hotels in more then 60 countries at the various price range and never seen a security walking through the hall, who was constantly checking on my 11 month baby crawling Rooms are good, the swimming pool area is excellent, location is okay but a bit too far from tram & old town All over 4 stars
After celebrating New Year's Eve at the hotel and having such a wonderful time, we decided to stay here again for one night during our road trip. Our plan was to enjoy the delicious breakfast the next morning before continuing our journey. When we arrived late in the evening after driving around 1,800 km, we were warmly welcomed by the receptionist, Mia. We had a short conversation and mentioned that we had also stayed at the hotel on New Year's Eve. Mia then handed us our room keys and told us that our room was on the 18th floor. At that moment, I already had a feeling that she had given us a complimentary upgrade. When we entered the room, we were absolutely amazed. We never expected such a thoughtful surprise. To end the evening, we visited the rooftop bar for a final drink. We were pleasantly surprised by the bartender's attention to detail when we asked to take our champagne up to our room. He prepared it beautifully, making sure it was perfectly presented for us to enjoy later. It was another small but memorable gesture that made us feel truly welcome. This gesture, together with the outstanding hospitality throughout our stay, meant a great deal to us and made our visit even more special. We are incredibly grateful for the kindness and generosity we experienced. We've already decided that we'll be staying at Hotel Zonar again on our next trip. A heartfelt thank you to Mia, the bartender, and the entire team—you have truly earned a special place in our hearts!
We stayed at Zonar Zagreb for one night and overall had a very positive experience. The hotel is modern, stylish, exceptionally clean, and offers beautiful views over the city. Our room was comfortable, well maintained, and designed with great attention to detail. Unfortunately, we had very noisy neighbours during the night and did not get much sleep. However, after we reported the issue, the staff handled the situation professionally and kindly. As a gesture of goodwill, they offered us breakfast, which we greatly appreciated. The breakfast exceeded our expectations. There was a wide variety of fresh and high-quality food, excellent coffee, and plenty of healthy options. It was one of the highlights of our stay. The rooftop area is fantastic. The panoramic pool is beautiful, very clean, pleasantly heated, and offers a relaxing atmosphere with stunning views of Zagreb. We especially enjoyed how peaceful it was during our visit. The service throughout the hotel was excellent. A special thank you to Mirna at the reception, who was incredibly helpful, professional, and friendly. She made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to assist us. The location is convenient, the facilities are excellent, and the overall atmosphere is modern and vibrant. Despite the issue with noisy neighbours, the way the hotel responded showed a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. We would happily stay here again and would recommend Zonar Zagreb to anyone visiting the city.
Very cool hotel. The food and breakfast and dinner tasted very good. Rooms have enough space and and are modern. The gym is nice, i only missed a regular barbell, but they had treadmills, machines as well as dumbells and smith machine.
I visited Hotel Zonar Zagreb on a business trip during my 24-hour stay in Zagreb, and I had a very positive experience. What I would highlight the most is the hotel team. Everyone was professional, welcoming, and genuinely kind throughout the stay. The rooms are modern and full of character. One thing that surprised us was that each of my colleagues had a different room style, which gave the hotel a unique touch. I stayed on the 18th floor, and the views were incredible. The bathroom was very complete, and everything was comfortable and well designed. The meeting rooms were also very good, and the food service worked well for a business stay. Overall, a great option in Zagreb for business travel, with a friendly team, modern rooms, and excellent views.
