My one-night stay at Met Boutique Hotel was excellent from beginning to end. The room was spacious, beautifully designed and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the bed, as I personally prefer a firmer mattress, and slept extremely well. Having a coffee machine in the room was also a lovely touch. The bathroom was spotless and stocked with luxurious Molton Brown amenities. The hand wash, shower gel, shampoo and body lotion smelled wonderful and added a premium feel to the overall experience. The location is fantastic. Waking up to views of Zagreb’s Main Square and Cathedral made the stay even more special. Although my room overlooked the street, outside noise was never disturbing. The service deserves particular praise. Communication before arrival was excellent, with the hotel offering both airport transfer and parking options. I chose valet parking and mentioned that I would need access to my car several times during the evening. Every request was handled professionally, and my car was always ready within just a few minutes. The valet staff were exceptionally polite, efficient and genuinely welcoming. Breakfast was fresh, beautifully presented and served in a lovely setting overlooking the city. The only small detail I would suggest paying a little more attention to is the decorative bed runner, which showed some visible signs of wear. It was a very minor issue in an otherwise impeccable stay. Breakfast was beautifully presented, fresh and of very good quality. Rather than an overwhelming buffet, it focused on carefully prepared dishes and quality ingredients, which perfectly matched the boutique hotel experience. Overall, this is a beautiful boutique hotel with outstanding service, excellent attention to detail and a genuinely welcoming atmosphere. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Zagreb.

The hotel is ideally located for exploring downtown Zagreb on foot. When we arrived relatively late at 10 p.m., we had to wait a good 10 minutes because the front desk was unstaffed. The woman working at the bar told us that the concierge was in the garage. These things happen, but it’s rather unusual for a 5-star hotel. The room we stayed in was spacious, clean, and modern. The good soundproofing does a pretty good job of muffling the noise from the passing tram. For guests with very sensitive hearing, the rooms with the so-called city view might be unpleasant. It didn’t bother us. The extensive breakfast, served in the restaurant on the 5th floor, is definitely worth mentioning. Thanks to the spring-like weather, we were also able to enjoy the rooftop terrace. The service during breakfast also deserves praise. Friendly, attentive, and always ready to help.

Wonderful 5-star hotel in Zagreb. The room was very spacious, spotlessly clean, and the staff were extremely welcoming. Parking is available at an extra cost, which is very convenient. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and I loved the modern touch-screen system controlling most of the room amenities. The food was outstanding—especially the black omelette, a must-try! The hotel has a perfect central location, close to all the shops, cafés, and restaurants. The staff provide outstanding service—polite, professional, and always attentive to guests’ needs.
