This property is really quite chic. The interior is beautiful, lots of modern design elements. There’s a pretty spacious gym for the size of the property in the basement. It’s lacking a bit with heavier weights, but you can make do for a few days. There’s a patio out front, but you can’t have anything of your own even when you’re staying there so you’re forced to buy from the restaurants and bar. There are refillable water machines and icemakers although they never seemed to have much ice. And the elevators are extremely slow. You’re also not in the “best” part of the town, but you’re a quick tram ride from it. So even though there isn’t much directly nearby that you’ll want to do, you’re in a good spot to get into the old town. The staff was lovely. Everyone we came in contact with was very pleasant. There are just a few spots that are non-paid for parking right outside the doors. We got lucky and parked there, but otherwise you’re stuck paying to park in their garage or on the street. We have been on the road for a few weeks, so it was nice to stay in a regular hotel and get the service and consistency you’d expect. All in all, it’s a great property in a pretty good area.
Great place to explore Zagreb. We stayed here for 4 nights and had a very good time. Located close to most tourist attractions with a supermarket next door, the hotel has a very pleasant vibe. Good breakfast spread and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff at the restaurants and the reception are very friendly.
This hotel is in close proximity to the train station as well as the tram station. It's about a 15 minute walk from the airport transfer bus as well. Has a few restaurants nearby which are open till late. Has two supermarkets next to it and a cinema as well. However, most shops are closed on Sundays. The hotel rooms were quite spacious, and the decor was very beautiful. We did have trouble with our air-conditioning, which made our room quite hot and stuffy. We did notify one of the staff members who said she would keep an eye on it but didn't do anything. However, Martha, on the reception desk was very helpful and quickly offered to open the window, and assigned us a different room on the same floor since it was quite late. They had glass water bottles in each room which you had to fill up from a couple of floors. Overall we had a pleasant stay at the hotel.
So comfortable, I’d come back again and again!! It faces the railway and close to the centre of town within 10 minutes by car or public transport. 15-20 mins drive from the airport. Had the pleasure to stay here last week on two occasions and was really impressed by the standard of service and tranquility of the room. The bed and high quality of the sheets made each night feel like sleeping in my own bed, it is that comfortable!! The room is large, spacious with all mod cons. Huge TV too. Bathroom immaculate and bright with powerful shower. Breakfast is fantastic too. Something for everyone and lots of choice. Fresh filter coffee awaits each guest on the table each morning and is delicious! Even the lunch and dinner in the same restaurant is excellent and reasonably priced too. Staff are very helpful and kind. As the key card holder says “Check out great” and that honestly is accurate! Checked out refreshed and feeling great for sure. My first choice of hotel when next in Zagreb. Keep up the high standards team - you’re doing a great job 👏
We were very pleased with our stay here in March, 2026. The rooms are exactly as advertised and very nice. I really liked the Apotheke shampoo, soap, etc., too. I also appreciated that they are offering water refill stations and a large carafe rather than individual bottles in the room. The restaurant was good, too. We enjoyed the breakfast (especially the fresh OJ and giant honeycomb!) that was included with our room rate. We had drinks on the patio one night, too, and they were great. The front desk staff spoke English better than I do, and they were super helpful when we asked questions about transportation, etc. We do not mind walking and it was probably less than 10 minutes to walk from the hotel to the beginning of the Upper Town. One downside was that our room seemed to be unable to cool down with the thermostat so we had to keep the window cracked and there was some mild street noise. We slept through it without too much of a problem, however. And we did not call downstairs to ask for assistance with the temperature so that is on us… they probably could have fixed it if we had. I would recommend this hotel for sure!
