We had a small misunderstanding about the laundry service — by not asking for the price upfront, we were surprised by the bill. That was our mistake, and we fully own it. What really touched us was the response from the management: the manager listened carefully and showed true hospitality by offering the laundry on the house. A gracious gesture that speaks volumes about the spirit of this establishment. Beyond that, we had a wonderful stay in this hotel, ideally located at the foot of the fortress walls — a stunning setting that is worth the trip in itself. Breakfast is excellent, varied and generous. And for oyster lovers, you are in the right place: the region produces remarkable ones, an absolute must. Highly recommended!
Came only for drinks and cake. They were great! Staff is super friendly, and the setting by the water is lovely.
This is an excellent boutique family run hotel for any stay in Ston or Mali Ston. The rooms are comfortable, while a bit dated (t be expected with an old building) and the location is beyond perfect. A small public beach sits outside along with a shaded cabana area that was perfect for quiet evening and morning moments. The town of Mali Ston itself is a gem, and it was amazing tow atch the locals boat in and out with the flow of the day directly in front of oyster farms.
