A nautical-themed hotel. The room was spacious and clean, although a bit kitschy. Easy to reach by car, with parking available right in front of the hotel. Located in a quiet marina area within walking distance of the city center. The breakfast was fairly basic but perfectly satisfactory.
Big clean rooms, naval looking hotel, really nice. Spa is amazing with different saunas, kneiping pool, biodynamic shower... For 4 star hotel dinner should be on higher level (and dogs should be forbidden in restaurant) Some receptionist should show more life and enthusiasm.
A fantastic boutique hotel and spa! We really enjoyed our stay! The staff was so friendly and welcoming. The Spa seemed to be new and really beautifully designed. We especially loved the tiled swimming pool, the Finnish Sauna, the Steam Sauna (aka Turkish Bath), and Emotional Shower. Jacuzzi was also nice, but keep in mind that it’s only set to between 32 and 36 Celsius. (Warm, not hot) Overall, a very relaxing experience and in a great, peaceful location along the marina with beautiful views of the harbor, olive groves, and the charming old city of Novigrad. Easy 10 minute walk to town. The food was also very good. We enjoyed the half board (dinner for 2), which was a good value, and the buffet breakfast was among the best we’ve had in Istria; Omlettes, pancakes, pastries, cheeses, proscuitto, etc. The waitstaff was really helpful and often smiling. We live nearby and decided to book this for a birthday celebration, and look forward to return again for wellness and relaxation. Highly recommended!
