Great location, professional and friendly staff, clean rooms, air-conditioned, has everything you need. A minor complaint is the late check-in at 3 PM. If you arrive early, you will have to wait for your room.
Overall a very good experience. The room was spacious and the bathroom was modern. The front desk folks were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was decent with many choices. The one thing to note is my room faced the parking lot and got pretty noisy at night, as people came back to their cars. If you are a light sleeper this might be an issue. But the location was perfect!
We had a pleasant stay in this hotel, end of March 2026. Every staff member was friendly and polite. The location is very convenient. You can walk easily to most of the activities in the city. I would say that breakfast was adequate in selection and quality. The room was clean and tidy. The only minus side was the view. The view from the window was very gray and plain
I had a great stay here. Firstly the location is brilliant for all of Zagreb and has tram stop outside for travel further away. The rooms are big and spacious. The bathroom is clean with nice complimentary toiletries. The shower was brilliant with 2 types (normal or rain). The air conditioning was poor but worked and the bed wasn’t to my liking but most would find it extremely comfortable. The breakfast in the morning had a great selection of items (traditional, continental and Croatian breakfast). Really sets you up for the day. Finally all the staff on reception were amazing. Friendly, helpful and happy. Willing to help and give recommendations and help you enjoy your stay in Zagreb. Highly recommend this place
