The hotel's location is ideal, right in the city center, with excellent public transport links. It's a great starting point for exploring the city. The service was good and friendly, but nothing particularly positive. Breakfast was OK, with a limited but acceptable selection, and was monotonous. Unfortunately, the room I was given was a complete disappointment – the view was of a wall two meters from the window, the TV sound was barely acceptable, and the furnishings were relatively outdated. The room was a complete disappointment – sorry, Hotel Dubrovnik, you shouldn't offer this to your customers.
The hotel is located right in the heart of the city, incredibly close to the Old Town, which was my main point of interest. The room was spacious, comfortable, and offered a lovely view of the pedestrian zone. Breakfast was varied. The staff were wonderful—so welcoming, polite, and eager to help. Since we arrived earlier than planned, they safely stored our luggage so we could head out and start exploring the city right away. Having a parking lot right next to the hotel inside the pedestrian zone was a massive plus.
Loved it, clean, quiet, awesome breakfast. Very friendly stuff. Just a few feet from the Jelacic Square and tram stop. Walking distance from cathedral, Dolac market, Gornji grad. So many incredible restaurants in 5 minute radius. Our room, Junior Suite was awesome, only thing I wish it had, modern power outlets for devices.
Best hotel breakfast (included with the room) I have had since Berlin and Reykjavik. Excellent restaurant in the hotel. Very good location. No noise. Blackout blinds for light. Friendly +++ front desk staff. Big room. Lots of hot water. Good AC. Clean. We'll taken care of modern nice hotel. Amenities everywhere around the hotel. Short walk to everything. A must stay location.
Great centrally located hotel that is a great space to base your stay in Zagreb! Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the waitstaff at the buffet style breakfast! Hotel room was very nice and well maintained. Family friendly for those who are in need of a baby cot! Was in our room and ready to go when we checked in and arrived! Our hotel set up a shuttle from the airport for us where our driver was amazing! Our son was very tired from our long flights here and he was very friendly and understanding with him! He even had a nice lollipop for him and baby wipes to clean his sticky hands! Would definitely stay here again!
