This hotel is absolutely perfect ! Everything was good. The food from the restaurant. The see view from the garden is amazing. The pool looks like new and very clean. I would like to say thank you to the staff. They are all very friendly.
We had an excellent stay at this 3-star hotel. Although it is officially a 3-star hotel, it felt more like a 4-star hotel because of the quality of the service, cleanliness, and food. It was perfect for our family, and we stayed for 5 days with our kids. The rooms were always clean, and both the breakfast and dinner were delicious. Please note that drinks are not included with dinner. The staff from Thailand were incredibly friendly, kind, and always smiling. They made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Unfortunately, we found that some of the local staff were not as friendly or welcoming, which was disappointing. The difference in service was noticeable, and the Thai staff truly stood out for their exceptional hospitality. The only small suggestion is to check the towels, as they could be improved. Other than that, everything was wonderful. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again!
I was surprised how good this hotel is! Service was excellent - cleaning, information, all great. Rooms with big balcony and with all you needed. Very comfortable beds. FOOD was amazing, large assortment of local cuisine, fishes, great meat and international cuisine. I was always full! Great spa, pool and bar. And last but not least, location! It's located on resort grounds, where you have a tons of activites. One of the best Aquariums in EU. Tennis, squash, kayak, sup, gold range and many more. Great beaches near by - 2 min and 8 min by walk. Yow will find anything you want, and if not the city center is 12 min away by car! Highly recommend! I'll be back :)
Excellent stay at Park Plaza Arena Pula! Beautiful location right next to the sea, very relaxing atmosphere, and a perfect place to enjoy Pula. The hotel was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff were kind, professional, and always ready to help. Breakfast was excellent, the surroundings were beautiful, and everything was very well organized. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Pula.
We loved our stay at the Park Plaza Arena Pula. The room and facilities spotlessly clean and comfortable. Breakfast and dinner delicious. Little bit out of town but the bus is easy to get in and out. Staff so friendly and warm and helpful. In fact it’s the staff that makes this place special. Nothing is too much trouble. They go above and beyond. Everyone is so warm and friendly. Special shout out to Peter FOH Manager who honestly was just brilliant. Thank you! Until next time.
