Had a really great dinner here while in Split. The restaurant itself is stunning; super clean, well-kept, and has a fantastic atmosphere inside. A huge shoutout to our waiter, Marko, who was incredible. His service really made the night; he was friendly, attentive, and just top-tier all around. The food was delicious and you can tell they care about quality. The only minor thing I could fault was the fish carpaccio; it just tasted a bit too fishy and oceany for my personal liking. Other than that, though, everything else we had was spot on. Definitely worth a visit if you're holidaying in Split.
Bokeria was our first restaurant in Croatia, and it was the perfect start to our trip. The service was excellent, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was lively and full of energy. Its location in the heart of Split’s pedestrian Old Town makes it even more special. A wonderful place to enjoy a great meal and then explore the beautiful streets of the city. Highly recommended!
One of our favorites in Split! We loved this place. Be it lunch or dinner, give it a try. The cesar salad was fabulous. My main dish, the pasta with clams, was terrific. We really enjoyed the atmosphere as it was quite lively and loud. We were tempted go back but Split has so many great restaurants we didn’t.
Excellent place. The meals were all excepcional and tasteful. We ordered as a starter the Bombolini and the bread, then, the "Pasta", the risotto Oxtail and the Octopus. Honestly speaking, all very recommended. Service good, fast and kind. I would definitely go back. Atmosphere very nice. I strongly recommend reserving in advance.
This was a really strong meal and a great surprise. We walked in around 5pm and were interestingly still able to order from the lunch menu, which worked out perfectly. We shared three dishes: the sweet potato tacos with pico, black ink risotto, and the tartare — and honestly, all three were excellent. The meal felt balanced, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared across the board. A special shoutout to our waiter, Sam (small beard, if I remember correctly), who was fantastic — attentive, friendly, and really helped elevate the experience. No pun intended, but they also did a great job splitting the dishes for sharing, which made the meal feel seamless and thoughtful from start to finish. Overall, a standout meal in Split with great service and food that genuinely impressed. Would definitely recommend.
