Great bar. Terrific service. Very reasonable drinks from Expresso coffee, beers, wine and spirits (and you can enjoy here in an intimate bar, or you can take away). Nothing is too much trouble for our barman, Luko.
A lovely little bar in the heart of Dubrovnik's Old Town. The atmosphere is authentic and relaxed, away from the busiest tourist spots. The staff was friendly, and the service was quick. Great coffee and very reasonable prices considering the central location. A perfect place to take a break and enjoy the local vibe. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a genuine Dubrovnik experience!"
This is a tiny, cute local bar is full of character and characters. It is a taste of what being in a non tourist place is like. It is seconds off the main square where thousands of tourists are yet it somehow has retained its local small town pub vibe, like Libertina a minute away for which this review could be for that place too. Do not be intimidated into thinking tourists are not welcome. We were treated very well and they made a real effort to be friendly (we were a bit meek and shy when we came in). Be respecful (hence no photos in this post). Try to use the language as often as you can (people were forgiving of our bad attempts at pronunciation). Be friendly. These things go a long way. The people of Croatia were really friendly to us wherever we were in our 9 stops over 3.5 weeks.
Cheapest beer in Dubrovnik Old Town, in a nicely decorated nautical themed bar. It’s a small place but has a good atmosphere and a couple TV screens which show live sport such as UEFA Champions League.
