Overall, the hotel and the facilities were nice. The atmosphere was pleasant, everything was clean, and we did not have any major problems during our stay. Unfortunately, the pool was closed, but aside from that, the experience was generally good. However, I am giving one star less because of the reception experience. We arrived in the evening and the receptionist on duty had extremely limited English skills. Communication was very difficult, and it often felt like she struggled to understand what we were saying. Even the payment process took an unnecessarily long time and we were left waiting for quite a while. For a hotel of this level, we found the reception service quite inadequate.
