Nice hotel with nice rooms, but the parking here is ridiculous, and that’s the first impression. No valet and we had to park five minutes from the hotel. The staff were not helpful and were unapologetic about it and didn’t seem to care. Other than that it was a decent stay, pricy for what it is but expected given the location. Our kayak guide was amazing.
Excellent hotel. The staff are first class. Good selection of food all freshly prepared. The terrace bar has lovely relaxing views as you have your pre dinner cocktail. The pool is excellent, although busy around we never had any trouble getting a lounger.
This location is absolutely amazing. Surrounded by so many beautiful beaches. The hotel itself is modern but the rooms are bit dated. But the service and cleanliness is excellent. Breakfast and dinner both were good with plenty of options to choose including vegetarian.
Stayed for a week, had a very positive experience. Staff helpful and friendly. Hotel standards are very good and location is excellent, with good amenities, with good nearby walks. Shop and restaurants 100 metres away. Very relaxing vibe. Stayed in premium sea view room in main building, views were breathtaking. Have dietary restrictions and notified hotel in advance. Met Nana, service manager, on arrival who ensured that kitchen staff were aware, and I was taken good care of and nothing was a problem for them. Good vegetarian options available. Would recommend hotel and would return. Thanks to Patrick, Leticia on reception, Nana, Valeria, Ivana, Putu, and GM Mladen. All staff we met were very friendly and helpful. 🌟🌟
Staying at Park Plaza Histria in Pula was fantastic! The room, food, sea view, and promenade were awesome, making our stay super enjoyable. Everything was comfy and well kept. The staff was super friendly and helpful too, adding to the great experience. The hotel’s on a slope, yet it didn’t bother us one bit. I'd highly recommend it and would stay there again for sure!
