Our stay at the hotel was characterized by a very strange contrast. Alongside many positive aspects, we also had quite a few negative experiences. Overall, I think the hotel has great potential, but there is still plenty of room for improvement. The hotel is in a fantastic location and is well maintained, with beautiful interiors, a private beach. However, the water becomes deep very quickly, so this is something families with children should keep in mind. I would only recommend the private beach if the children can swim, otherwise, the two nearby public beaches are a better choice. One of the biggest contrasts was the staff. The receptionist was extremely friendly, helpful, and spoke excellent English. The waiters in the main restaurant were also professional and easy to communicate with. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the staff at the beach bar. They spoke English on beginner level, which made communication slow and difficult. They were not particularly friendly either and seemed quite uninformed. The food was another major contrast. The dishes served in the main restaurant were delicious, flavorful, and well prepared. On the other hand, the simpler food at the beach bar (e.g. pizza and burgers) was of poor quality and badly prepared. We honestly don't understand how this is possible, considering everything comes from the same kitchen. Hygiene was not perfect either. It was obvious that the glasses and cutlery were not always properly cleaned, and the cloth napkins had visible stains. We both left with cold sores and mouth ulcers, which was a major negative point for us. Although I hadn't asked in advance, we discovered during our stay that the hotel has two EV charging stations. I couldn't find any information about them online beforehand, but the charging price was fair. There were always plenty of sunbeds available, and guests didn't reserve them with towels early in the morning, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, this is a good hotel with a lot of potential, but there are many small, frustrating issues that could easily be improved. Despite these shortcomings, we had a good time. I hope the hotel continues to improve in the future and truly lives up to its five-star rating.
A fantastic, clean, modern hotel. Beautiful views and a great location. And most importantly, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Thank you very much—we had a wonderful time.
