Begin by meeting your guide in Pula and head to the local green market to source fresh groceries. Then, make your way to the cooking studio in Medulin, located in an olive grove. Start with a brunch and tasting of local products, including olive oil and 16-year-old balsamic vinegar made in Modena style. Then, prepare 4 courses, including a truffle dish, and enjoy them in the shade of the terrace or olive trees. Taste a wide array of local wines throughout the experience. The menu can be based on meat, fish, vegetables, or a combination of the three, and is set during the green market visit.
