We stayed here for four nights and enjoyed every minute. There’s a lot to do as you have access to the other hotels nearby and getting around couldn’t be easier, as the bus stop is nearby & it takes you to all the locations. The staff were also friendly and always available, as well as the breakfast being a great addition. We will definitely come back and thank you to the entire staff for making this a memorable experience.
Royal Palm and Royal Princess are part of the same chain. They share the same restaurants except for the included breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice clean room. Some are very spacious and studio like. Sauna, indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Cafes and various restaurants on the premises. Couple of gyms with basic stuff, small but bigger than many other hotels. Clean everywhere. Nice view.
Cannot rate the Royal Hotels highly enough. Every single member of staff is incredibly helpful and pleasant, from reception to security all the way up to the general manager. Magnificent views, great food, perfect location. We won’t be staying anywhere else in Dubrovnik
We thought the rooms were excellent - alongside the cleaning. We got a sea view which we were not expecting, so very happy about that and we thought the bed was very big and comfy. However, there was a couple of occasions where we had no hot water for a shower in the morning - which was not ideal. We thought that the location is OK - it’s about 15 mins away from the old town but easy to get to via uber. About €7. It’s about 30 mins from the airport too, which is also good, €25 roughly. We were not massive fans of the breakfast. We didn’t think there was a great selection and found the bacon, sausages, beans and hash browns were cold. I was not very impressed by the breakfast. We thought that the lunch and evening meals offered were nice. There are several restaurants to choose from however we thought they are a bit pricey. The hotel is absolutely massive, we struggled to get our bearings whilst we stayed for 4 nights. We didn’t think there was enough entertainment and it was very quiet around the hotel, even though we were told that it was full. Overall, it was a good experience that could have been made better by a better breakfast and some entertainment in the evening.
We had such a lovely experience dealing with the team at Royal Palm Hotel. From the very beginning, their communication was warm, prompt, and incredibly helpful, which made everything feel easy and stress-free. They were always quick to respond to any questions and handled everything with genuine care and professionalism. It really stood out to us how attentive and thoughtful their service was. Based on our experience, we would absolutely recommend Royal Palm Hotel and would happily book with them again in the future.
