Had our last dinner in Dubrovnik at Rudjer. Please remember to pre-book your reservation as the it gets busy and you might not be able to get a table with a walk-in (during summer months specially). Food is good. We had Mussels for starters (really nice garlicy tomato) and for main course we had brodetto and gnocchi with truffle. The best gnocchi I have ever had. It was totally worth it. Ambience is great, but the service was slow and we had to keep on reminding that we need service.
One of the best service people and food I have had. The deconstructed tiramisu was an absolute treat. Truffle gnocchi, housemade pasta and burrata were awesome too. My group is mostly vegetarian and struggled to find good options, but at this place they loved all options and everything tasted amazing. But the thing that made our evening special was the service. Stevie was our server, he was so so sweet. The host, manager everyone was lovely. Highly recommend!
We had a great experience at this restaurant. The atmosphere was amazing. With a gorgeous view of a historical landmark, great people watching spot and a brilliant guitarist providing live music. The staff were very kind and helpful and provided service with a smile. I was very thankful to get a recommendation by the waiter for the home made pasta as it was delicious. As well as the summer spritz cocktail and reasonably priced too!
Great service, crafted menu and descent prices. We have been to Dubrovnik several times and are in several restaurants. This was easily our best experience. Beautiful setting, the Dalmation platter was sweet and salty and wonderful. The pizza was inspired with the prosciutto micro greens and ham. We were surprised with the service level, Marina was wonderful and attentive. Will come back again and suggest to our friends.
Excellent restaurant situated in a courtyard that is a bit protected from the hustle and bustle of the rest of Dubrovnik. Photogenic atmosphere at dusk with the lighting. Attentive service and excellent food. We liked it so much for dinner we came back the next morning for breakfast as well. They offered a discount with the Dubrovnik city pass.
