2nd stay in this very nice hotel. Friendly and professional reception staff (although a note to management, reception is understaffed and waiting 45mn to checkin is not an acceptable experience - however the personnel was sorry for that and apologized many times and are not to be blamed). Rooms are clean, big and modern, although at night some brighter lights would be very welcome
Beautiful hotel and very friendly and accommodating staff. Azra made sure we had a nice and pleasant stay, her customer service skills are top! Thank you Azra. There was a glitch in a system when we arrived and we were not able to check in straight away but Azra instantly presented drinks voucher so we dont have to stand there and wait for the system to reboot. The issue was sorted within minutes anyway Hotel location was perfect for our needs
After our flight was cancelled, my toddler and mehad to find a hotel. We came to Movenpick without a reservation, and Paula helped us quickly and kindly to make a reservation. We received a nice room on a high floor with a view of the main road and Lidl, just as I wanted :). The hotel has a lovely bar and underground garage, which is handy with the snowfall. I love the location too. The hotel was not busy, which was a plus. The room was clean and had all necessitties. However, we were not that satisfied with breakfast. My 4-year-old likes to eat fruit for breakfast, and some of the fruit (meloen) was smelly and tasted old. The next day, we received a breakfast box, and the bread was crumbly a lot and tasted like it was 3 to 4 days old. I could not finish my sandwich. Overall, we were satisfied with Movenpick and would come back again. Kudos to Paula who did our check-in and check-out, and she was professional and kind. Thank you.
This is our second stay at Mövenpick Zagreb and we are extremely happy. As our business is in Arena Centar, we are satisfied with the location. Modern facilities, clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, good food. Everything was top notch! Thank you!
