Description

When you arrive, your experienced local tour guide will meet you in front of Zagreb's cathedral by the fountain on Kaptol Street. At the beginning of the tour, you will receive a basic overview of Croatia and Zagreb, followed by an exploration of Gradec and Captopl, two historical settlements that are now part of Zagreb. You will learn about the Cathedral and then descend to the main square before visiting the lower town and Zrinjevac Park, which houses a meteorological station and is part of Lenuci’s Green Horseshoe, a U-shaped system of parks and squares that you will explore. After enjoying the lower town, you will return to Gradec. On the way up, you will pass through the Gradec tunnel and take a ride on the Fonnicula for a stunning view. You will also experience some of the oldest landmarks in the city, including Lotrščak Tower, St. Mark's Church, and Stone Gates. The tour will end at Tkalciceva Street, which is the main area for restaurants and bars. The total duration of the tour is 2.5 hours. During this tour, you will learn, walk, and explore in a fun and interactive way. You will experience some of the most popular tourist sights in Zagreb and also visit places where locals go. You will have plenty of opportunities to take pictures and receive recommendations for further exploration. Overall, it will be a fun and enjoyable experience for you.
