Description

Experience the taste of Dalmatian cuisine and taste some of the best quality wines in Croatia on this 6-7 hour small group tour from Split or Trogir. Start your tour in the afternoon. The first stop will be Šibenik, the beautiful city on the Dalmatian coast and the oldest Croatian native city. See the sights of the town, including the UNESCO-protected St. Jacob’s Cathedral and find out more about the rich history and culture. Your next stop is the family Ranch Rak, situated in the small village Dubrava, just 5 kilometres from Šibenik. Enjoy delicious wine tasting at Ranch Rak, where you can sample a wide variety of rich flavors. You will find out more about Dalmatian wines and wine production. See the wine cellars and try 4 different types of quality wine. Then, the host will serve you a traditional Dalmatian dinner with prosciutto and cheese with olives as an appetizer, Dalmatian peka or barbecue for the main course, and dessert. After the delicious dinner, it is time to go back to Split/Trogir.
