Reseñas
It was a really good experience. We spent 3 nights in the hotel and the staff was very helpful. The rooms are beautiful and the breakfast is also really good.
This was my first stay at this hotel, and while there are several positive aspects, there are also areas that could be improved. The rooms were generally very clean, and the Rituals amenities were a nice touch and reflected a good level of quality. However, the towels did not always appear as fresh and immaculate as one would expect from a hotel of this category. The food was good, but the variety of dishes was rather limited. In addition, the presentation of the food could be improved to create a more appealing dining experience. Parking is charged separately, and the number of available spaces seems insufficient for the size of the hotel. During busy periods, this can be inconvenient for guests. The staff were polite and willing to help, but the overall organization appeared somewhat inefficient at times. I noticed unnecessary movements and a lack of coordination, which occasionally created an impression of confusion and reduced efficiency. Another disappointing aspect is that there is no direct access to the sea, despite the presence of sun loungers nearby. Furthermore, the view towards the water is not particularly attractive, and some additional landscaping, such as palm trees or other decorative greenery, could significantly enhance the overall atmosphere. Overall, the hotel has some strong points, particularly the cleanliness of the rooms and the quality of the amenities provided. However, improvements in food variety, staff organization, parking availability, and the outdoor surroundings would help bring the overall experience more in line with the standards and prices expected from a hotel in this category.
We spent 3 nights at this hotel and overall we were very satisfied. The hotel is beautifully renovated – everything feels clean, modern, yet still cozy. The room was spacious and had a very calm and relaxing atmosphere. We would also like to highlight the staff, who were always friendly, smiling, and helpful. This really made a positive difference to our overall experience. We had half board, and the dinners pleasantly surprised us. There was always something local or traditional on the menu, so it didn’t feel like typical “hotel food” but rather a small culinary experience each evening. Parking is available directly in front of the hotel (20 EUR per day). The capacity is somewhat limited, but during our stay we didn’t encounter any issues. The hotel is located by the sea, but in a quieter part of a shallow bay, which suited us well. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and somewhere we would be happy to return to.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed every moment. The staff was extremely kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were modern, clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The breakfast was generous, delicious, and perfectly organized, offering a wide variety of fresh options every morning. A special thank you goes to Ika from Indonesia, who took care of us during breakfast and made our mornings even more enjoyable with his positive attitude and exceptional hospitality. The location is absolutely fantastic — right next to the beautiful Visula Nature Park and only a 3-minute walk from the beach, which made the experience even more relaxing and convenient. The spa center is excellent, featuring a great sauna, swimming pool, and jacuzzi area. The staff there was highly professional and always ready to provide advice and assistance. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return again in the future!
